Grandview Park Manslaughter Charge

Back in August we reported on the death of popular local handyman Gilles Hebert. He was beaten in broad daylight in Grandview Park and died later that day in hospital.

Now, after months of investigation, a charge of manslaughter has been laid against Jeff Lincoln. He was charged on New Years Day and remains in police custody. Nothing has yet been proven in court.
