Homemade vanilla ice cream (far more successful — and easier — than the method I used for Snacks Tonight #8) along with homemade chocolate biscuit. I used whipping cream and added vanilla essence. Other flavours would be easy to add. Beautifully creamy. If you let it sit out of the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving, it is a lot like soft serve — my favourite style.
PS: I’ll use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk net time, to reduce the sugar level.
