This morning I went to Costco downtown and got a lot of things we really needed — including one of the great Polish hot dogs of all time. However I had to check the calendar (yes, it is September 8) when I came across this:
Years ago I posted an image of a Christmas display at the Bay from early October which shocked me. I am guessing that next year some retailers won’t even wait until Labour Day is over!
The Vancouver Parks Board has hired some whizz kids to develop a new policy for dogs in our city’s park system. They discuss this briefly on their website. The Parks Board is keen to involve the public in the decision-making for this new Strategy and their site gives a number of ways in which you can contribute.
