Me in the Sun in The Sun

I enjoyed a good telephone interview with the Vancouver Sun this morning, talking about the Grandview-Woodland Citizens’ Assembly.

It was an especially good interview because I was warm and cozy in my softies, anticipating a day indoors, drinking tea and writing.  But then she asked for a photo op on the Drive and I sleepily agreed.  It then occurred to me that that meant shaving and ironing a shirt and getting dressed and walking up the hill!

Oh well, it was a beautifully sunny day and I got to have a stunningly good hot chocolate at Renzo’s.

From Bad To Worse

Things in Ukraine are going from bad to worse, with the government having imposed vicious Soviet-style anti-protest laws.  However, it hasn’t stopped the people fighting back.  I can recommend this live feed to witness what’s going on.
