Woking The Night Away!

For  Christmas I got a new wok.  Over the last couple of weeks I have been gradually seasoning it, making it good and brown and ready.  Tonight was the maiden voyage!

I put together a marinated chicken stir fry with onions, garlic, ginger, broccoli, , green beans, red pepper, chile pepper, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and my very special sauce.  Served over rice, it was fabulous.

The wok is a little smaller than the one I’ve been used to, but it worked just great.  More stir fries ahead!
