It didn’t start out being lazy — there was a meeting on the Drive at 9 where a bunch of productive work got done. Then I pottered around the Drive doing a few chores (last of the Christmas cards posted etc), getting home a little before noon. But then I felt like a nap — and that was that for three hours, snuggled down, comfortably senseless.
Later this afternoon there were a few emails to deal with, the ever-loving had taken care of dinner, and now I’m sitting back watching the cricket from Australia.
If you don’t care much about money, retirement is a fabulous thing!
