Food Rules!

I’m so old that I’ve had a whole bunch of illnesses and physical calamaties over the decades. But the sickness that laid us both low last weekend (and which we are barely shaking off today) was one of the worst. A virus, I guess. The little bugger!

Anyway, two huge bowls of oatmeal & berries for breakfast, and a late Teen Burger lunch have kept me full most of the today; and I always feel so much better when I’m eating regularly. I’m looking forward to pork roast tonight (my lady must be feeling better), and already I am dreaming of breakfast at the Skylight tomorrow.
